We love hearing from the RandomWheel community. Whether you have found a bug, have an idea for a new feature, or simply want to tell us how you use the wheel, this is the place to let us know. Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.

How to send feedback

The simplest way to reach us is by email. Send your message to support@randomwheel.net and include as much detail as you can:

• What were you trying to do? — a short description of your goal.
• What happened instead? — the exact behaviour you saw, including any error message.
• Which device and browser? — for example, “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on iPhone”.
• A screenshot or recording — if possible, attach an image so we can see the issue.

Feature requests

Have an idea for a new wheel mode, theme, or feature? Tell us about it. We prioritise the requests that come up most often, so the clearer and more specific your suggestion, the more likely it is to make it into a future release.

Bug reports

If something is not working as expected, please report it so we can fix it quickly. Mention the steps to reproduce the problem and what you expected to happen instead. The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.
