Help Center
Need a hand with RandomWheel? This help page covers the most common questions and shows you exactly how to create, customise, save, share and embed your spinning wheel. Everything runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install — just open the wheel and start spinning.
Creating your first wheel
- Go to the homepage — the wheel loads automatically.
- Choose a mode from the tabs above the wheel: Names, Numbers, or Letters.
- Type your options into the list on the right, one per line.
- Click the SPIN button and watch the wheel pick a winner.
Customising the wheel
- Colors and themes — open the settings panel to pick a built-in theme or assign a custom colour to each segment.
- Add and remove options — use the + button to add entries and the trash icon to delete one.
- Shuffle and sort — randomise the order of your entries or sort them alphabetically with a single click.
- Full screen — tap the expand icon to fill the screen, ideal for classrooms and presentations.
Saving and sharing a wheel
Once your wheel looks the way you want, you can save it to your account so it is ready the next time you visit. You can also share a wheel by copying its link — anyone who opens the link gets the exact same wheel and can spin it themselves.
Embedding a wheel on your site
RandomWheel can be embedded on external websites and blogs. Open the wheel you want to embed, copy the embed code from the share menu, and paste it into your page’s HTML. The wheel stays interactive for your visitors.
Ready-made wheels
Do not want to build from scratch? Browse the wheels directory for dozens of ready-made options — food pickers, sports teams, country generators, color wheels and more. Each one can be customised further after you open it.
